Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Fragrances that are opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once returned items are inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
